Unless you're a real art expert, this is a real 50/50 question. Leonardo lived from 1452 to 1519, and was active from around 1480. The Last Supper was painted between around 1495 and 1498, but the Mona Lisa (for example) dates from around 1503 to 1507.
If you don't know when the artist lived, then yes you can have a guess at the century. But if you do know a bit about art (but are not an expert), then it's a 50/50.
